Can a muslim eat chinese vegetarian food?
As we all know Muslims must only eat food that are Halal. But just curious whether can they take chinese vegetarian food?
Being a chinese, I don’t deny that plenty of chinese food contain pork. But if chinese vegetarian food contains that, then it’s not really vegetarian right? so would muslims consider it okay to eat that?
Some may and have no problems with it. But in Chinese cooking, many times the vegetables and meats are often stored side by side and cooked in the same Wok’s. Some strict observers of Halal may have a problem of knowing the same Wok was used to prepare a pork dish before his Vegetarian dish. If he were to see them actually clean and thoroughly scrub the wok before, which rarely happens in Chinese cooking, he might.

No, it doesn’t. it means the cows are fed on a diet of organically grown cereals.
I live in the farming community and can confirm that organic dairies kill half thier population at 5 days old ( dairy bulls are no good for meat ). Most live indoors, they are still pumped full of hormones to make them yield more milk, they are still slaughted at 5 years old ( instead of a natural death at 15 ). They are still forced to calf every year to increase yield.
organic milk is to make people feel better about the cruelty they pay for, thats all.
don’t get me wrong, its NOT the farmers fault. In fact, all my farmer friends would rather do things far more naturally. Its people driving down the price of milk so that farming has to resort to these methods to stay in business.
animal cruetly is the fault of people who buy milk. People need to get honest with themselves and admit it.
Milk really needs to be about 75p /pint whereas in the UK its 25p
Is the organic food business a scam?
I’ve seldom seen anyone who is an admitted organic food buyer be any healthier than the standard consumer. I even knew several people who got sick from these foods. And then there’s the grocers that buy standard food, re-label it as "organic" and hike the price. Does the organic food biz appeal more to people’s fears than common sense?
It depends on the product , but I would buy organic if I made upper class income acutally, but im working class chump so its frozen vegtables, and grab a head of brocolli when its cheap. For example organic, oero those are a rip off, or organic potato chips that another rip off too. Produce i rather have organic at times since its not, so much nasty chemicals in it. Its using common sense with organic.

Okay…what i meant was intensive with all of the chemicals and stuff and i should have said environmentally friendly instead of organic – all organic chemicals, small fields, lots of hedges, conservation areas…
here is a mind bender… You can have an intensive organic farm. Intensive just means efficient high throughput. Organic means approved organic chemicals and methods. Did you think Organic meant no chemicals? Just the organic kinds.

For the crib you may also want to consider an organic mattress available at almost all of these stores…they do run high though but are said to help cut down on the risk of SIDS.
