I teach what I did to lose 20 pounds and keep it off for 13 years. I want to show you that weight loss is not a mystery. Weight loss is simply a matter of the right conditions coming together. Your weight loss goal is EASY if you have all the right ingredients. You have to think about what you will gain from losing. Stop thinking about your weight loss goal and start thinking about the benefits from your goal. This is VERY important. To many people only focus on the big picture weight loss goal and they dont focus on the steps or the conditions that will make weight loss inevitable. This is crucial to your success. I can not stress this enough!
Ok, so I went off on a little tangent there. Natural nutrition is so important. Whole foods, and natural foods from the earth will get you to your goal. You have to start to care for yourself by eating and preparing whole, organic and natural foods whenever possible. When you do this weight-loss is inevitable. And this is what you want.
