Straus Family Creamery – First Organic Creamery in the West
Straus Family Creamery was founded in 1994 by Albert Straus. Using milk from the cows on his family’s 65-year old organic dairy farm along the shores of the Tomales Bay, the creamery makes organic milk, ice cream, yogurt and butter.
