Beauty Benefits of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil has many amazing health benefits. It is a fantastic addition to your diet and can also be used in your beauty/skincare routine. I like to use this as a moisturizer, hair treatment, and as an eye makeup remover.
You can get coconut oil at natural health food/vitamin stores. You can also buy it online. It is available at Amazon.com and Drugstore.com and probably many other places.
There are many websites that review the benefits of incorporating coconut oil into your health/beauty routines. Check out http://www.organicfacts.net/organic-oils/organic-coconut-oil/health-benefits-of-coconut-oil.html

The Natural / Organic Product Minefield Part 1A: What is a Natural / Organic Product?
Organic, the word is everywhere and yes, it sells (for now). In most cases the organic claim is deceptive. In some cases these products even contain ingredients research has shown can be quite harmful, even carcinogenic – such as propylene glycol; polyethylene glycol (PEG); mono/di or tri-ethanolamine (MEA, DEA or TEA),, synthetic colours and fragrance . So how can the product manufacturer claim it to be organic?

Mini Hair Journal Using All Natural Organic Oils
I started growing my hair January 2008. I only use Organic Oils… Once I wash, I put oil in my hair while it’s wet & let it air dry or before I wash my hair, I drench it in EVOO & other organic oils (Safflower, Vitamin E, Grapeseed, Carrot, Jojoba, Castor, Canola, Shea Butter), cover it with a shower cap while I do my daily chores around the house & wash. My hair is then soft and shiny until it’s time to re-wash about a week and 1/2 later.
